Trouble Witches - No Sound

Post by Leynos »

Hi,

I bought Trouble Witches from Himeya, and having installed it, I don't get any sound. Anyone got any ideas?

I'm using a Radeon HD card with sound output via HDMI and am running Windows XP Pro. I've also installed the latest version of DirectX.

Many thanks,

No sound only with this game or everything? I seem to recall when I updated the driver for my EAH3450 it disabled the output from my sound card. What I had to do (in Device Manager) was disable 'ATI Function Driver for High Definition Audio' and re-enable my sound card.

Damn! Should have bombed.

Make sure you have the latest version of the game first of all. Second, make sure all of the sound options are checked on in the options menu you get when you start the game.

Aside from that stuff, might just not be Vista compatible. You might try running it in compatibility mode but who knows if that will get you anywhere.

I'll see if there is a newer version on the Siesta web site. Thanks.
