Looking for a 2P - NINJA game

Currently having loads of fun with tenchu, i'd really like to know, if there is any other (ps2) 2 player co-op ninja game.
Same as tenchu, the KI can be totally brainless i dont mind, it just has to be fun.

Help a guy with a ninja fetish!

I don't really know of any ninja games that are similar to Tenchu, i.e. ninja simulator where you sneak around and assassinate guys. Other ninja games are pretty much all hack-and-slashes.

If I'm wrong though I've love to know about some too.

Unfortunately, every co-op Ninja game I can think of is a Tenchu brand. Wrath of Heaven, Fatal Shadows, and Tenchu Z on the 360. I'll keep looking...

try N+ on xbla. totally different than tenchu, but it fits the bill as an awesome co-op ninja game. my brother and i played through the co-op together, and you go from wanting to throw your controller to laughing your ass off and back in like 10 seconds. and there's like a million levels to play through.

There's Shinobi and its sequel Nightshade, but they're just "kill the shit out of everything really hard while getting the shit killed out of you really hard". I don't even know if there's multiplayer. I only have Nightshade, but I think it's pretty fun. Tenchu's fun, too, especially in multiplayer, but it isn't as challenging (Read: It's not ridiculously hard by today's standards like ShiNight) and doesn't have quite as good good-ol'-in-your-face combat. I used to have me some fun with Tenchu, man...=) Those were the days...(Funny, I seem to say that a lot. I wonder if I realize that I'm likely going to look fondly back upon these days someday...Or maybe not.)

Well, there's Ninja Assault, although it certainly doesn't play like Tenchu or can technically be considered a "ninja game."

i'll go have a look on nightshade, the demo i played long ago was okay, so why not.

Is Red Ninja End of Honor (PS2) also multiplayer? i remember having sold it after being freaked out a lot with that one.
Its a really bad game actually, but the cover looks really really hot.

Actually it's just called Ninja Warriors outside Japan, where "Again" was added. The "Again" SFC version is pretty rare (I wants it though).

I do have two copies of the SNES version for some reason; I should offload one...
