RQ: Ketsui Death Label bullet Colours

Is there any qualitative difference in enemy bullets of different colours i.e. pink,blue and orange or is it just to stop my eyes getting tired-I've wondered this about dodonpachi too but been too shy to ask...

There's no difference in either game.

Oh well...another one of those "Mysteries Of the Easily Explained" then or "Tales Of The Much-As-We-Expected" as some like to call them...
...the scoring system's so sophisticated that I was expecting some kind of Gareggaesque intricacy
