Raiden Project Music...

Hello.
I have the original CD of Raiden Project for the PSX & I want to rip to mp3, all the cool arranged audio tracks & enjoy them on my PC.
What's the best & easiest program to accomplish this task?
Any Links will be appreciated it.

the music in the PlayStation games is not red book Wav files like regular cds, they're XA files, so I cant use audio grabber or media player to capture them.

I download PSmplay but when I run the program gives me an error message:
"The application failed to start because WNASPI32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this the problem."

My system:
WinXP SP2
P4 2.4GHZ
768MB RDRAM
SB 5.1 Live!

Any chance it's not compatible with WinXP SP2?

I used PSXMC to rip the music from the game and CDex to encode it to OGG.

Are the menus all in Japanese or can you change them in English?
