What shmups company logo am I thinking of?

A while ago someone asked me about this logo.

It is a shmups company and they may have devloped for the Naomi, of one of the later sega systems

Its red and has a flame with a little face in it?

I recall it being quite quirky! some one help me so i can make it a tee :cry:

Those things remind me of the Slimes from Dragon Warrior or the Porings from Ragnarok.

Wow Entertainment was formerly known as Sega AM1, I think they did a lot of the Sega light gun games such as HOTD
