Can a Japanese text version of this Psikyo game be changed into English like the way that Space Bomber can?

i dunno how it's done in SB...

but in the test-mode of LR-TDF you can enter this maintenance code:

5 0 8 2 0

and (among other things) switch the game to english ;)
