Yeah, I'm a Mac boy too, so I figure I'll throw together a shitscore at work briefly to beat all the no-shows, and get some early practice for the next week.
Here is the current shortlist (these are all free):
- Uwabami Breakers (scoring is somewhat strict, but it's a short game)
- Xed (Normal mode, unless if there is somehow a way to unlock hard mode from the start)
- nomltest (Gets intense quickly, I don't think it will be too long)
i cant seem to find the Uwabami Breakers download.....

Heh. I'm guessing whoever compiled this list of games doesn't want doujin week to happen ever again. I'm guessing they'll all be changed (apart from nomltest mebbe) if anyone has half a clue.

ps patriotdark should have been in it
Lolz, reallllly? I couldn't shake the fact that it was just a big joke. Might have to play it again and see if I was missing anything.
I agree with you though: the omission of Patriot Dark was sad indeed.
Isn't Patriot Dark a commercial game? Those aren't allowed, no matter how easy they are to find. That's why the list is so scanty -- freeware doujins that are worth a shit are surprisingly uncommon.
sorry for the short notice but i dont think i'll be able to continue with STGT'08.....
my cousin back in Hong Kong has commited suicide, and now i'm looking for a flight back ASAP.
at the moment i have mixed emotions, please find a way to understand.
CHI, that's really terrible news, and I'm deeply sorry to hear about your loss. The last thing you need to do is apologise to anyone here. It goes without saying that you should be with the rest of your family at a time like this, giving/receiving as much support as possible. Videogames can wait. My condolences once again, bud.
I am terribly sorry to hear about your loss. I hope you have a safe journey to Hong Kong, and know that our thoughts are with you during this most difficult of times
