OK, so I've been doing transactions with people over the internet with Money Orders for who knows how long. I've been thinking about creating my own PayPal account to make things a little faster and easier.
My real question is, what do you experienced PayPal'ers use?
Personal or Premier account?
If if just simply want to buy and sell things on these forum sites, what would be best. I went onto the PayPal site and get really decide what to do.
This is a big decision and I want to get it right.
Thanks everyone

Con: PayPal is a little annoying on the surface, and pretty fucked-up/terrible underneath.
Pro: PayPal is very convenient when everything goes as planned. Most people never have to deal with the fucked-up parts.
Don't worry about Personal vs. Premier; you can switch after you sign up.
But you will basically need a Premier account to sell things because of all the restrictions placed on Personal Accounts.
Just in case you missed it, most people pay with credit or debit cards, so those 5 uses per year get spent pretty fast. Not to mention that you can't accept credit/debit payments AT ALL from eBay until you get a Premier account.
