I sure the hell don't.

Yeah, isn't the picture on it his mugshot?Ed Oscuro wrote:Nice discount card Billg, has too.
Bill is richer than a motherfucker and pretty much retired. He can say whatever he wants and no one will care.Ozymandiaz1260 wrote:http://beginnersinvest.about.com/od/bil ... esint5.htm
I'm just posting that to show what a weird motherfucker he is... he even admits to doing LSD in the interview. It's one of the dumbest things you can reveal about yourself when you're as popular as Bill Gates.
Thank you.kengou wrote:One of the worst advertisements I've ever seen. These commercials have no relation at all to the product or company. It's just stupid. They're not funny either. I get that they want to associate their company with the nostalgia of their old 90s image of the cool guys, but it's just way too late for that. Everyone already hates microsoft. 30 seconds of Jerri Seinfeld and Bill Gates interacting isn't going to change that.
You guys really don't think that the American public looks down on illegal drug use?captpain wrote:UhhOzymandiaz1260 wrote: I'm just posting that to show what a weird motherfucker he is... he even admits to doing LSD in the interview. No, no it isn't, not even remotely
I guess, but I don't think anyone's going to be shocked by him having taken a drug in its heyday that at least 20 million people in the US have also taken. He's almost hilariously successful anyway, and as Seph said, as long as he isn't a child raper basically he can do/say whatever he wants to.Ozymandiaz1260 wrote: You guys really don't think that the American public looks down on illegal drug use?
The LSD thing wasn't even the main point of me putting that up here anyway, just the fact that his style of humor has him going off on weird tangents and acting the same way he does in those series of commercials.
I didn't say people were going to boycott Microsoft over it, just that it was a stupid thing for him to say. God damnMR_Soren wrote:Regarding Bill G doing LSD, I don't think anybody cares. Even people who do care aren't going to stop using Windows because of it.
Was the one where they were staying in that girls room and stole the family giraffe plushie thing (or whatever the fuck it was, I don't really remember) the last one they aired? I never liked the commercials, but I did want to see what the hell it was all leading up to...MR_Soren wrote:I'm disappointed, because I wanted to see what the Bill & Jerry ads were building up to.
I'm not trying to agitate you, but, if there is no negative impact, what makes it stupid? Honestly, Bill Gates can say whatever he wants, none of it matters. I think that bothers him. Hence, the new ad campaign.Ozymandiaz1260 wrote:I didn't say people were going to boycott Microsoft over it, just that it was a stupid thing for him to say.
Indeed he is. People are willing to endorse all sorts of crap for $10 Million.MR_Soren wrote: I think it's interesting that Seinfeld was even chosen by Microsoft. I always figured he was a Mac user.
