I read an article the other day about a woman who married the Berlin Wall. Maybe her vicar could sort me out.
You get the first invite MathU.
i saw something on TV about her, apparently she is having an affair with her garden fence behind the Berlin Walls back
My wife! I should have known it!
Seriously though, I saw that documentary after I read the article actually. She was devastated when they pulled down her husband, and that's when the affair started. In the artcile she also said that she quite fancied the Great Wall Of China, but "he was too thick." Excellent!
Have to go with Gradius, I grew up with Gradius and Parodius titles, in all honesty I just never could get into R-Type, the atmosphere and gameplay of R-Type never captured my attention like Gradius games did.
I like Gradius' tunes & ship designs alot more, although R-Type Delta & Final
have some pretty interesting looking ships, I'd say the Vic Viper beats them all.
That being said, Delta is still one of my favorite yoko STGs. (but Gradius V still beats it.)
Final left a sour taste, gradius V was incredible. I must have logged 3-4 hours straight into G5 the first time I played it. I'd give it to R-type, if final and G5 never existed but Gradius V is just so good.
I choose and prefer gradius. If I think of spinoffs like Salamander
and the Parodius-series - there are not enough R-Type-games
to compensate. Or in other words : a lot more of quality games
from konami.
I like the graphics and the enemy-design of the r-type-games -
but too much memorization for me. But it would be great if
Irem decides to make a parody of its r-type-games ( but i know
the chances are low).
( For me the Thunderforce-series ist the perfect combination
between reflexes and memorization).
