Why no love for Boogie Wings?

Is it because it's only recently been emulated, so no one's played it? Is it because everyone thinks it's crap? I don't believe I've ever even seen the name mentioned on this forum, despite the fact that it seems like it would appeal to a great many people....what with the interesting sub-weapon system and all....... Anyway, just wondering.
