Azumanga Daioh Puzzle Bobble

Post by Marshall banana »

Have any of you played it? Do any of you like it?

There's one at Arcade Infinity in California. I played it a lot this summer; most of the people who play it are girls, but they don't play it very seriously.

I played Chiyo's puzzles!

I saw it in the picture Jeremy sent me, it's right next to Mushihimesama Futari!

I'd like to play it, but since I live in Indiana, I can't. Instead, I play Tiyoruga (Ikaruga knockoff where you can play as Chiyo-chan and Osaka). :D

I live in Indiana too, but I've been to AI before. I just played IIDX for two hours and then I had to leave :( It is a really cool arcade though... sorry I don't actually anything to say about the real topic.

...a lot of strawberries in this thread too :?

I think it sells for about $200 + for the disc and security chip, and maybe an art set. A friend of mine was looking for it for quite a while, I may be mistaken but I think he found it eventually.

Although I haven't played it personally, I think its exactly the same (feature/gameplay wise) as Super Bubble Bobble for the GNet, which is like $20 for the card. Of course you can't play at 31khz on the GNet.

For me its got two things I love the game and the anime. its one I was looking for to buy when i was in JP but never found it. I will be picking up a copy later this year maybe early next year depending on how the cash flow goes. If your in to your PB your better off getting a F3 and getting 2,3 and 4 2 for simple boards 4 for all the crazy modes and 3 for a bit of variation :D
