Warning Forever

Post by ROBOTRON »

A fellow shmupper told me he read in a pc magazine that Warning Forever was possibly being picked up for a console release (XBL?)

Since I really don't read pc magazines I thought maybe one of my fellow shmuppers here might know. My attempts at researching it here and google showed no information thus far.

I WANT A MAC PORT DAMNIT

I was just thinking about this game yesterday and how much I´d love to play that again.

But yeah, a console release would be SO worth it. I also thought that this game would look a lot cooler if everything was made with detailed sprites and Raizing-like explosions and debris; but I guess since Geometry Wars got popular, this vector look is super hip, which ironically might be a pushing factor. (I´m pretty tired of it to be honest, even if it´s still better than badly drawn sprites.) In any case, this game deserves more attention.

Bump.
Where can I find the game's legendary "native" music? Or is it some forbidden knowledge?

It had native music? All I remember was putting the Space Harrier theme in the folder, that always got me pumped.
And not quite on topic but Infinity Danger's music is very good.

The internet says yes and no. For now, my ears remain settled upon Disintegration/Free Money (Slayer's version).
