Those secret files are great. I have the hardback one that came with Cyberbots SE. Jin Satome's father is apparently Kamen Rider.

I'm probably just pulling this out of my imagination, but for some reason I'm thinking that his name matched his original "job" (something dealing with rocks as it were) before Dr. Light converted him to fight the other robots.

According to this, BM and TLDragoon are both right... although it makes no mention of a sister. Remember, he was conceived at a time when people like, "Rin Rin Jambo" and other wacky people were producers of games.
