A more serious score (note that the earlier score required a few tries as well! Just try playing with such an abysmal ship). Racked up maybe an hour of attempts, though, so I hope for something better at the end of the week, when I have time to play

i've been struggling for hours, starting off with scores around 50'000

and gradually getting to 200'000

trying to do everything on that list i was doing crap, last 2 attempts i've just been trying to stick to these 2 and have seen vast improvements, but still a rubish score, just less so.

My shooting skills are very humble and I was able to manage a ~950k score in about 45 mins... Basically, just don't worry about anything except getting ALL the disco men, don't ever break your disco man chain by letting one pass by. If you need to bomb, you ought to (I did several times in my score), because it's better than dying and having one little disco man pop off the screen and ruin your whole score.

And kill everything before it shoots at you

I hope you know I created that list of optimal scoring techniques. For more scoring, try following more than just surviving and disco men collecting.

And thank god I decided to opt out after week 4. Cave games are fun to play, but I'll be SLAUGHTERED on that last week.

to pull that off you have to be japanese...

after saying that...
