I'm getting a SS5 special mvs cart. I will be using a mvs mobo with a unibios installed.
My question is this. I know I can use the bios to play it on AES mode. The reason I want to do this is for the button config. If I play the MVS cart in AES mode via the unibios, will I wind up playing the edited home cart version?

Depends on your unibios. I had a consolized MVS system and it had options for everything. You could turn blood different colours, you even had a jukebox option to play all the sounds.
Basically what i'm saying is that if you have a unibios that just switches territory or console/mvs mode then it probably will have the effect you explained. But a bios exists out there that allows you to manipulate every little part of the game.
Is it razoolas bios? I think thats what I had.

This industry has become 2 dimensional as it transcended into a 3D world.
