The PPC version of this has been out for quite a while (as has a Windows Mobile Smartphone version, and I think at least one other phone version.) The controls are a bit clunky, as is the case with PPC shmups. The most likely control method is to control the plane with the stylus, using autofire.

Decent eye candy, but it runs a bit slow.
