Trouble with XBLA

Post by evil_ash_xero »

I'm trying to download a game, and it just keeps telling me "Download Pending", but nothing is happening.

I can sign in, and I can purchase points(which I did), and it tells me that I have bought this game, but it won't let me download it.

Is this common? Are there too many people on or something?

what game is it? Maybe you could google the problem related to the game itself. I know the newer titles can take a little longer at first never heard it just pending though.

It's Galaga Legions.

However, I just tried to download the trial version of Alien Hominid, with no luck.

No it does not.

Your 360 must think you're downloading something currently, so that download is queued and won't start. Check your downloaded stuff in your memory and see if there's any incomplete downloads. If that doesn't work, go to the dashboard, select the system blade, and select memory. Highlight the HD symbol and press Y. Press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X. If that doesn't work, I dunno.

If you go to the Marketplace blade there's a box called something like 'active downloads'. Selecting that should show your download queue. Elixir's right, it sounds like you're already pulling something down, and the 360 doesn't do simultaneous downloads.
