The votes are tallied up in the first post. There is still 15 minutes left, but that's not going to change things.

19XX received 54 votes, Varth received 24 votes, and 1943kai received 11 votes.

Only because at the time I hadn't played it in about nine months and had forgotten how much I hated it. Also, 1943 Kai and Varth are even worse.
