Looks like a title you made up of two popular games in Japan.

Sakura Taisen and Super Robot Taisen Alpha

BTW, "taisen" is the Japanese word for "wars". It's very unlikely that those two words would be in the same title

There are millions of Sakura Taisen / Sakura Wars fan pages online. Hit google. They're adventure/strategy RPGs. Great characters, but the strategy portions are really easy. I'm not sold on the series personally, but I have a lot of friends who are.
