Looks like a Maneki Neko to me. I can't identify it as being from any particular game though, and there is the possbility it may not be from a game at all.

I don't think he is a Maneki Neko, I have seen him on many namco related item on YAJ, he shows up at namco parties etc...
He is the Mascot of Namjatown, Namjatown is located inside Sunshine City and indoor city located in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. This area of Tokyo is loaded with Koreans many of the department stores have maps and floor guides printed in Korean.
Namjatown is not game related but a food museum, where you can taste different treats. The most popular of which are various varieties of Gyoza, and Ice Cream treats from around the world.
I have yet to find out his official name, her co-workers thought it was Mr. Namja... but wasn't a 100% sure...
His name is *not* Mr. Namja. This started to bother me so I went to Namjatown to find this out and asked the cute reception desk girl and she told me that his name is "Najave". So what does that mean? "Na" comes from Namco, and the rest is a wordplay of sorts, apparently it`s supposed to sound like "deja vu" but with a Namco flavor.
Before Pope John Paul died he decreed that Aliens were also GOD's creatures and we should treat them with respect.
