I couldn't attest to them being "arcade perfect", but they are not laggy, whatsoever. I would be hard pressed to say they are NOT arcade perfect; I simply have not played the alternative.

Fill in the blanks. Unless they're played in TATE, otherwise I wouldn't bother.

The first is the one to have on Saturn. I used to have the second one on Saturn, but the PS1 port is better.

And it goes without saying that any vert port must be played TATE for it to be worth anything.

If you compare them to the US Strikers 1945 psx port, they are great. I think they are pretty comparable to the arcade when played in tate, and they're affordable, so go for it.

Neither ports are perfect. Strikers 1945 the sound is not perfect (down-sampled a bit, plus some strange noises that wasn't present in the PCB version, hard to explain). Number II has slowdown, and framecuts. Not worth it.

Ive both ports and both pcb's and unless you are a perfectionist they are very close to the pcb.So id say go for it you wont regret it.
