The Hardest Drinking City in the U.S.

Post by MadSteelDarkness »

My longtime home base, Austin.

I kind of wonder if any city that had me living in it would have the numbers skewed a bit.... Hey CMoon, if you're out there, I noticed Providence in the top five.

Ha! Not surprised per capita. I just moved to LA. I wonder what we do the 'hardest' out here?

Can we accuse cities that don't rank up there with Austin of not 'trying hard'? or at least not 'drinking hard?'

Why don't you drink hard?

It's nice to be out of the drunkest city spotlight for once, even if we only dodged it by one place...

UT Grad, right here. Hook 'em horns!

If it's good enough for the Presidents daughter to get plastered under age, it's good enough for me.
20.6% of respondents confess to binge drinking, or having five or more drinks on one occasion.
Jeez... our standards have gone way down.

Five drinks is just to get started. Binge drinking is where you start one day and finish a couple days later, returning from Mexico with just a cheap sombrero and about five bucks in your pocket.

double standards ftw

Some of these places I can understand, though. If I had to live in Texas or Wisconsin, I'd probably need to be drunk to cope.
