Disagree, KC's got plenty of character, the NSFW is just part of it. It's generally a nicer atmosphere than a lot of forums, often because it is just mindless banter.

The only times when theres been shit was when Bill tried to rip people off, and the reicent things with VK and poolchamp and the dont make me start a poll on your ass malarky.

Even when i guy who sold loads of stuff and then went awol and everyone was worried someone joined up to inform us he was in hospital and would sort it out . Which he eventually did get it sorted.

its only with the arcade boom of recent that the forum had had a few hic ups with people not quite getting the flo of the forum. there laid back on KC but theres a lot of people wise to cabinets and such so its a nice healthy mix of Information and a place to come and shoot the breeze.

Shmups.com seems to be having lots of political rants which bores me and the fact that its American politics just goes over my head anyway (being a brit) but I still love the place becuase of the pleasant offtopic and the shmups are fun to play. I dont get highscores but Its cool to talk to people about Progear and stuff also see whats cool and what people are playing. Its one of the reasons why i dont sell my shirts on ebay is you loose the banter and stuff that the automaited system gets.
