Progear PCB - Missing ROMS?

Right - I was looking at My Progear (possibly suicided) PCB to see if I could work out what ROMs to send off for Phoenixing.

Raz at CPS2 shock said I'd need all the ROMs from sockets 3 to 10.

When I opened the CPS2 casing I found this:

Only ROMs in sockets 03 and 04. Is this normal for Progear, or are some missing?

Thanks very much both of you.

Been in touch with Raz actually. It was opening the board to get it phoenixed that made me realise I only had two ROMs.
