I don't quite get why you're expecting anyone to additionally PM you for that purpose if you're already notified by email. If checking the thread when a reply notification comes is that much of a burden for you, maybe you should just delegate it to somebody else who's not as busy?

I'm assuming the email gets cought by the spam filter - it happens to me with a couple boards.
