Resetting Judgement Silversword Hi-Scores?

I'd like to know how to reset the scores in the Rebirth Edition.

Is there some general way delete the saveram of WonderSwan games?

Before I knew that,, I had deleted my data by yanking the cartridge during a save. Easiest way to save if you can't get on the hiscore table is just to change the settings and exit. Not that this matters now that you know the proper way to do it.

stealth edit 2: Instructions copied here for your convenience, in case you have not done it already. Might help others who have this question when searching the forum.

in the "set up" menu, select "default setting", keep A and B pressed, then press X1. tried this (on the REV.4321 version), works. you hear an explosion, all unlocked options turn back into question marks, and the highscore tables are cleared.

note: the game does NOT ask for confirmation. the manual says that "the matter is decided with EXIT". i take that to mean that the data is erased definitively upon selecting EXIT after performing the above procedure.

I actually got the game a few months ago, but until today I only had a WonderSwan Color. Now that I have a Swan Crystal it's so much more playable.
There were only two low scores by the previous owner, so getting on the hiscore table was not a problem.
