The PCB, IN, and EoSD soundtracks are easily googleable, not sure about the others.

No, those soundtracks are still in the WAV format.

I should know; I have all of them.

Anyway, I don't know where you can find the soundtracks in MIDI format. Whenever I want to hear the songs that way, I just leave the game in the music room while set to MIDI in the options menu. *shrug*
