help mr megalo. need some info

Hi i bought a Sega megalo 410 in Mexico ( where i live). i do not know how it ended in mexico. but i am glad i got it.

my problem is that i need to fix convergence. i have heard that it gets set up with the remote. i called sega amusements in chicago usa. and they ask me for the part number.

do you have the part number for such remote? my sega megalo 410 with a hitachi monitor model C41-31S.
