Issues with my new Supergun...

Post by Etrian »

I recently bought a used copy of Wardner to test my new Supergun with. The picture is in black and white and it flickers terribly. I don't have another game to test this with, but I don't know why it's doing this.

The game seems to be running fine apart from the black and white and terrible flicker. What do I do about this? Why is this happening?

I get the feeling that it's a problem with your tv.

Sounds like your supergun might be outputting PAL and your TV is NTSC only.

Quite possibly the other way around. Unless you are using RGB output on the supergun, I would wager that your gun's internal RGB encoder is outputting a NTSC signal.

Ah sorry, didn't see you're in NZ. Yeah certainly sounds like its the other way around, plug it into a decent TV and it should be fine.
