I definately saw a video of some shmup where you shoot the underwear of of a huge woman, progressing up her body as you scroll up the level. Pretty cringeworthy - probably some PC crap...

Speaking of dojin games, THE best doujin shooter I've seen (Yakouga 4) also fits this category. Except that besides the girls, it presents you with tentacle monsters, pigs, aliens and all kinds of nasty stuff after each stage. >_>

I finally got around to beating Divine Sealing a few months ago. It's only like 5 stages, which was surprising, so not that many nude scenes. THe later stages offer difficulty in the form of bullets camouflaged by the weird repeating twisting patterns in the stage maps...

Steam Heart's has some really long dialogued intermissions. PC98 and PCE have nudity; SS doesn't.

Anyway, even Aero Fighters II and Gunbird 2 "reward" you with partial nudity (notice the ambiguity here...) in some endings.

You might want to try Cosmic Psycho for X68000/PC98/MSX. It's an erotic adventure game by Cocktail Soft with shooting stages thrown in throughout the game. Nothing special, but perhaps slightly better than most other shooters that contain nudity. I honestly can't remember much (except for the soundtrack, I even bought the CD).
