Name this arcade

I've seen this game a looong time ago, so it's quite old... looks a bit like 1943; the plane may be a red biplane, a la red baron; I recall from the demo play that it has a level over a city; and the player starts surrounded by a bunch of friend planes.

Of course, my memories could be bad... I remembered Jail Break as looking good like Final Fight, and couldn't even recognize that piece of junk when I played it on Mame.
