Regional differences
Do we not have a list compiled of regional differences anywhere? Doesn't have to be massively detailed, just a quick note if a game has a lower difficulty level in a certain region or whatever. It would make a nice reference point.

I'd also like to know if there's any regional differences the US version of Ikaruga, and the Japanese version. I know the PAL version and Xbox Live version both have issues..
I am pretty sure that the Dreamcast version is the best, along with the PS1 version of Dodonpachi.
edit: Ignoring PCBs, of course.
