I never liked the name "Genesis" for a video games console, but I think Gencast has a nice ring to it, honestly.

It was called Genesis because it was the beginning of the 16-bit generation, console-wise. (Though the Intellivision was rumored to have a 16bit CPU). So it's NOT a lame name.

I like "MegaCast", though.
