Video Capture Devices

Okay, this isn't strictly about Shmups, but I plan on using it to record some Shmups so...

I'm looking for a video capture device that has both RCA jacks and RF connectors. I have several "classic" consoles that I would like to record video and/or screen-caps from that I only have an RF adapter for. I would prefer that it be a simple plug in type device (like connecting to computer via USB), but that is not necessary.

Any suggestions?

Only problem is, it doesn't look like has RCA video in, just S-video. I don't have S-video on several of my consoles. Other than that, it looks perfect. I'll do some more searching.

A PCI Video Capture/TV Tuner combo card would be ideal for the job. Should be able to pick up an older one on ebay for next to nothing.

Steer clear of any USB products.

Lies. I've done all my captures with a USB capture device and they've worked out well.

The picture shows an RF/SVid/Composite input jack. Doesn't look like it supports L/R sound, but there are many more that do. I think you can buy that RF/composite/svideo converter thingy.

Maybe I'm just being picky... or cheap. I can find actual plug in PCI cards that would probably work. Like this. This card has the Rf jack, Stereo audio and RCA video in. It also has the S-video if I have need. It is not as convenient as a USB device, but if it's the best option I can find, it'll have to do.
