Perfect Cherry Blossom is my personal favorite, but Imperishable Night has a lot more to offer. The PC-98 games (1-5) are entertaining as well.

Wow, I just downloaded a torrent with Imperishable Night, Perfect Cherry Blossom, The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, Phantasmagoria of Flower View, and like 7 others, 1.35 gb file, in like 30 minutes. I love bittorrent.

Watch out for the all too frequent attention deficiency disorder though.

If you get too many games and don't take time to enjoy them for what they are you may be passing up on the whole STG genre without ever experiencing it's true essence.

IN is my personal favorite.

But I have to add a personal 'tsk' for all the torrent talk: these are doujin games, they're freaking inexpensive, and they're good games. I'm not one of those 'i hate teh r0mz' people, but I do hope that if you like the games you will buy them, and if you don't, you will delete them. Otherwise you're pretty much ripping off an indie developer, which is decidedly not cool.

No ISO trading, ROM begging, bootlegging, modchip sales, copyright infringement, or assistance with any of these – for example warez FTP site details. It doesn't matter what is legal in your country, there are no exceptions to this rule – although discussion of emulation is not a problem.

He pretty much did admit that he downloaded a torrent of the full games, not the demos or anything (otherwise it certainly wouldn't be 1.3 GB). That's what the context is.

Wow, no. I didn't get the torrent because that person told me to, I actually started downloading it before that. And no, I never mentioned where I got it. And I did not mean to break any rules, I DID read the rules before I joined. I never mentioned anything about trading, never asked WHERE to get them, never told anyone else where to get them.

Bittorrent is not a search engine, either. It's a P2P service, essentially. Google is a search engine. And the only reason I made that post about how quickly my download went is because I was amazed at the fact that a 1.35 GB download went that quickly through bittorrent, doesn't seem to happen very often.

I apologize for this thread, lock it.
