Well, there's www.killercabs.com . That's probably the best for all around arcade stuff.

There's also my forums at www.cave-stg.com , where we talk about the Cave arcade games in depth.

theres a french shmup forum at http://forum.shmup.com/index.php that is pretty big (maybe half the size of shmups).

But yeah, it's in french. There's an english section in the forums though.
