Re-doing the model since I believe the last one was:

1. Too many triangles (2400+)
2. Too complicated to UV model

Now, where is the game to go with it? I've got an idea. Try to recruit yourself into the Thunder Future development team (approach 'em with some good 'ole Engrish).
