hi,
i'm trying to figure out how to connect a ps2 pad to a supergun.
so far i've found the neogeo pinout which i think is the same as on my custom built SG (by segasonicfan).
my question in short: how do i hook up a ps2 pad to a SG?
can i just directly solder the wires from the ps2-pad to the corresponding neogeo pin? or do i need some additional element in between to "translate"`the signals?
what is the best / easiest way to approach this?
soldering is no problem but i can't find what i need to do.
any suggestions or links to tutorials and/or schematics are very welcome!
thanks,
eretsua

hi zakk, thanks for the info. it's sounds like an interesting project though i'm not convinced i can pull it off so i guess i'm in the market for a ps2-to-neogeo converter now. thanks again.
