You can download it and play it no problem. I'm just saying its only on the USA store (as opposed to the UK store which doesn't have it).

Yeah. And if you want R-Type Delta, it's can be bought and downloaded from the HK store. It asks for credit card details, but still allows using a foreign card with a fake address in Hong Kong. Tried it, works, no problems installing and running on a euro PS3.

R-Types is also on the Japanese store, I have it, although for a time it seemed to vanish for no obvious reason.
