I played sum Soldier Blade in Magic Engine; there isn't a highscore thread and I doubt the game needs one. I got 1,189,500 and passed a boss (or two?) I hadn't even seen before. Unfortunately I got munged up on the fifth stage. :(

Fucking Thunder Force III.

Why do I keep coming back to you? For the past couple of days, I've been occasionally deciding at the drop of a hat that, "I'm going to fire up Thunder Force III for no particular reason." I mean, I'm not even attempting high scores or 1CC runs, I'm playing it just to play it and nothing else.

Other than that, not many other Shmups except DDP and ESP Ra.De.

Dangun Feveron, breaking in my PS2 -> PS3/PC converter.

Holy shit, what a rush. Why I dismissed this game so quickly before, I'll never remember. (Maybe it was the shitty $5 gamepad I had at the time...)

R Type III. I suck at it, but I only just picked it up though. Stupid walls...
Come check out my website, I guess. Random stuff I've worked on over the last two decades.

In an attempt not to burn myself out on Ikaruga (DC), I've been swapping back and forth between it and ESPGaluda (PS2), both the arcade and arrange modes.

The caravan mode could have one (I actually think there's a board for caravan games), but the main game is score-broken, there's a certain boss where you could just stop the ship at a certain position on screen, put some weight on the shot button and go to sleep. When you wake up you will have like 30 million points and still be counting.

I knew I didn't like the Gradius Series but still, I bought the compilation on PSP to give it another chance but this is a final judgement : I HATE Gradius. It's so frustrating it's not fun.

Otherwise I massively play Doujins ATM : Eden's Edge, BWR+, every Kenta Cho game.
