Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?

Heh, one reply.

I like the pseudo-2d view at the beginning of the video and the music. The lack of enemies and obstructions is a little worrying, though (early footage, I know). Unfortunately, I don't think anyone can get themselves worked up about a Sonic game any more. Maybe Sega can redeem themselves though, who knows.

Just to make sure I haven't missed anything, the last new 2D Sonic game released on a non-portable system is still Sonic & Knuckles (or Knuckles' Chaotix if you count that), right? Is this supposed to have 2D controls or be partially 2D or what?

Don't worry. It's probably a new wacky villain/rival.

"Were" means "man." So I guess you could call Sonic a werehedgehog, but that wouldn't have anything to do with him being hungry like the wolf.

Sometimes horror movies call the female monsters "werewomen," but that could really attract the wrong crowd.

i was joking.... i have no issues with the wolf stuff. as long as it doesn't mean the game starts playing like the knuckles parts from the sonic adventure games. I HATED those parts.

Ok, so let see if I got this right.

You hold RIGHT and do the odd jump from time to time.... when enemies show up, you are back to the horrid 3D gameplay of Sonic Heroes?

Uniracers on SNES was more complex than this.
