Are there any better controllers for Xbox 360?

The pad on the 360 sorta sucks. Are there any alternatives like the awesome Logitech pad for PS2? Anything with a better pad will do. I can't play Pacman CE properly with this piece of garbage.

Microsoft have actually made it forbidden to produce certain third party hardware (controllers being the obvious one) for their system. Companies like Hori had to get special permission from them to produce the arcade stick. So it's highly unlikely you'll find an alternative, for a d-pad anyway.

modding it would probably be the only way to go

the hori pad is pretty good for 2D games.
