Magical Girl Twinkle Original Soundtrack

Play-Asias descriptions are not always very accurate (Saikyo collection
), so I'm trying to figure out if this is some kind of Twinkle Star Sprites OST or fan related product.. Or if there is some other Magical Twinkle Girl out there that has some resemblances with the shmup star
