Tell me about Twin Cobra / Kyokyoku Tiger Playstation

Hey there, looking for any info on this game. I used to play it all the time at the arcades in the late eighties/early nineties.
I know there is a version on Japanese playstation on the Toaplan Shooting Battle Volume 1 game.
Is it the same as the arcade ?
How hard is it to find this game.
I also hear it doesnt play on PS2's ?

AFAIK, the only way to search on this site is google unless you look for a very unique name, then the regular search function is adequate.
