I've been saving up for a new cave kit, but I can't decide between:
Ibara BL,
Mushihime Futari (the second version),
or Muchi Muchi Pork.
They're all about the same price. I already own the original Ibara, and I think it's probably my favorite game at the moment. I was thinking about Death Smiles also, but I hate rotating my monitor, plus I'd want to wait for it to come down a little anyway. I own PS2 Mushihimesama and really like it a lot, but not as much as Ibara. Help me decide please
See, the thing is is that I don't know if I want to play the same levels/something that looks and feels familiar to what I already have. I've seen videos and it looks awesome, but is it really different enough to justify spending almost five times as much as what I paid for the original, and choosing it over two completely new games?
You're in luck: www.cave-stg.com has detailed reviews of each of those games up. Personally if I had to choose only one I'd get Futari 1.5, though others prefer MMP or Ibara Kuro. All three are really great, so no matter what you choose you'll likely be pretty happy with it.
Does anyone have a video of MMP gameplay? I didn't see anything at superplay and youtube is worthless for things like this.

I considered a lot of games, and these are the three I was able to narrow it down to. ESP1 is the last board I bought, so I thought I'd go for something different on this next purchase.
1.5 = hardest mode is Ultra, normal Larsa as TLB, each character has two types.
BL = hardest mode is God, Spiritual Larsa as TLB, one type per character.
+ Different scoring systems and such.

You better ask someone who's played both. Although some say it's up to personal preferences (and the fact that God mode is actually beatable compared to Ultra).

Not to mention Futari BL is around twice as expensive as 1.5 currently is (if you can even find it). My recommendation would be Mushi Futari, it's a lot of fun.
