Wireless router woes

I get

When I try to reach the router panel, any ideas?

I've tried via RJ45 and wireless, disabled all firewalls. I can access the internet no problem, but I can't change crap on the router. Until it goes boom I won't be too bothered, but it would be nice to know whats causing it.

E: I got it to work (you have to backspace part of the URL). Are you sure the IP ten dot ten?

It works now. I rebooted the modem and the router after somebody said it might work. I feel at ease again
