RQ: Safest route in Darius II, Arcade

Anybody know what the easiest route is just to clear the game?

At the moment I'm going with ABEHMSY. Seems like you certainly don't want to meet Mother Hawk as the last boss.

OK, turns out Mother Hawk is actually the easiest of the bosses.

Ah, well...

Other question, are there bonus points for remaining lives?

Nope, which is a shame, since once you can beat the game, there isn't much scoring improvements to make.
