What emulator are you using to play Gaiden? I found that ePSXe didn't run the game very well on my computer. Try PSXEven, it works fine for me (music included).

Ehm, no. That would be G5.
You're BOTH wrong (as far as I am concerned)! ;)

Gradius 2 on the MSX (ported and revamped for the X68000 as Nemesis'90 Kai) is the best!
yeah, and it is the hardest Gradius I have yet played (III doesn't count as hard != impossible :P). love it and love Gaiden as i have said. and i want to play the X68K port.
I have no sig whatsoever.

Yeah I was using ePSXe, I'll PM you my question regarding PSXEven rather than post in this thread, Hopfully it's only for a short time I have to use an emulator.

I prefer the Saturn version over the PSX version. But that's just me. 8)

Saturn version surprisingly had slightly better graphics, but had slowdwns & missing the cool PSX FMV intro.

Not supprising, games developed on the saturn first usually have better graphics.
Same goes for the vice-versa, although PSX versions usually have something extra to meet SCE's narcasism.
