Is the DC mini twin stick any good?

I was thinking about getting one of these off of ebay, have any of you guys played with it? Is it worth owning? Are the buttons and stick standard size, because it really doesn't look very "mini" in the pictures I've seen...

I herd its pretty cheap feeling. Better off just buying this on neo-geo and then buy a real astro panel.
